Gina Caruso is a seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in the Entertainment and Music industries. A graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, she founded Bounce Marketing, a boutique agency specializing in branding and promotional campaigns for music tours, working alongside major corporate brands. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Gina held a strategic role within the executive offices of Viacom in New York City.

Throughout her career, Gina has successfully balanced her professional pursuits with her personal life, including raising a family and managing an entertainment company alongside her husband, a veteran music artist manager and producer with over three decades of experience.

With the founding of All One Phoenix Rising, she now dedicates her time to her philanthropic endeavors, and is wholeheartedly committed to helping women and children and creating positive, lasting change.

Cindy Arita is one of the founding members of All One Phoenix Rising. With over 25 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, Cindy previously served as an Assistant Vice President in Aon’s Health & Benefits practice in Los Angeles. She led strategic planning and client service for organizations ranging from small businesses to global enterprises across sectors including healthcare, education, and public service. Her clients included The County of Los Angeles, Korean Airlines, China Airlines, LA Metro, the City of Burbank, and Big 5 Sporting Goods.

In 2020, Cindy made a meaningful life pivot, stepping away from consulting to focus on raising her children and volunteering at their high school. This chapter allowed her to reconnect deeply with her community and embrace service in a more personal, hands-on way.

Through All One Phoenix Rising, Cindy brings her empathy, leadership, and strategic insight to help create a future where all women, mothers, and families are seen, supported, and empowered. She believes in the transformative power of compassion, equity, and collective action and brings that philosophy into everything she does.

Sharon Cox owned and operated FEM Public Relations for 15 years, the boutique firm was known for its hands-on, strategic approach to branding and media. She has led high-impact campaigns for A-list celebrities, fashion & beauty brands, and lifestyle innovators, securing features in InStyle, People, USA Today, O Magazine, Vogue, LA Times, and more.

Beyond the world of PR, Sharon is deeply committed to giving back. She is passionate about using her expertise to support meaningful causes, aligning her influence with organizations that make a difference. Her dedication to empowering women and uplifting communities reflects her core mission - helping people tell their stories in impactful ways. Currently Sharon works alongside her husband in his business, Pacific Architectural Concepts that represent the highest quality manufacturers in the construction industry. Serving architects, designers and construction professionals in Southern California with architectural solutions. Her greatest blessing and joy is being a mom to her 3 year old son, Kingston who is her love, light and abundance.
